Automate data entry by skipping the entry

Most tools that promise to "automate data entry" still mean someone typing into a form, just a nicer one. Ferra's version is the entry that doesn't happen at all.

Automation that's still typing

A lot of "data entry automation" software is really a faster form: dropdowns instead of blank fields, autofill instead of a blank cell. It's still someone opening the tool, still someone deciding what goes where. The entry got automated; the entering didn't.

The row fills before you would have opened the sheet

Upload the file or forward the email, and the row exists in the table already: no form to open, no field to choose. Describe a new column once and Ferra fills it from the same files and emails, going forward, without you touching it again.

Frequently asked questions

Those tools still need someone to fill out a form or trigger a workflow. Ferra reads the file or email you'd already have gotten and fills the row directly, there's no form in between.

Spreadsheets and emails, including PDF attachments: upload a file or forward an email and Ferra reads it into the table.

No. Describe what you want to track in plain English and Ferra sets up the columns, then fills them from what comes in next.

Upload one file and watch the row fill itself.
