Frequently asked questions
Ferra is a spreadsheet that fills itself. Upload a file or forward your emails, and it builds the columns, fills the rows, and answers questions in plain English, with every filled cell linking back to its source.
Credits are how AI work is measured. Anything the assistant does for you, a chat, an autofill run, an enrichment, draws credits, and a typical chat works out to roughly 30–40 of them. Every plan includes a daily allowance.
You don't have to manage them. Ask the assistant, run autofill, enrich a table. Ferra draws from your daily allowance as it works. Working in your tables by hand, editing cells or building reports, never costs credits.
Your daily allowance refreshes every day, and what you don't use banks up: up to 500 credits on Free, up to 10,000 on Ultra. Once your bank is full, new unused credits stop accumulating until you spend some.
Your workspace moves to the Free plan, and its daily allowance and banking cap apply from then on. Your tables and data stay exactly where they are: the free plan is free forever.
Credits come with your plan rather than being bought separately, so there is nothing to refund on their own. If billing went wrong somewhere, write to hello@trypromptlab.com and we'll sort it out.
Every plan, Free included, has the assistant, your own tables, and sources on every answer. Paid plans raise the daily credits and add things like premium AI models, API access, and branding removal; the full list is on each card above.
Switch the toggle above to Team. Team and Business are priced per seat and billed annually, and Business starts at 10 seats. For bespoke integrations and an SLA, pick Enterprise and talk to us.
Per seat: every member who works in the workspace needs one. Prices are quoted per seat per month and billed once a year.
