• Your tables: the columns and rows you create, and any content you enter directly

Connecting an email account or another app lets Ferra read the messages, files, or records needed to fill your tables. That data is stored linked to your workspace and used only to power the columns and rows you asked Ferra to build.

• Build and fill your tables using AI, and analyze your data to answer your questions
• Communicate about your account, updates, security alerts, and support
• Improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified usage data
• Detect and prevent technical issues, fraud, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations
• Send marketing communications, subject to your opt-out preferences

The Service uses AI and machine learning to:

• Turn a plain-English description into a table with the right columns
• Read the files and emails you provide and fill in rows from them
• Answer questions about your tables in plain English, with sources
• Generate charts and automations from your data

AI-generated outputs are provided as decision-support tools; you review and control what gets saved to your tables.

We do not use your identifiable table data or confidential business information to train models that would be accessible to other customers without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information or your table data.

6.1 Service Providers

Trusted third parties assist with hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and support: contractually obligated to protect your information.

6.2 AI and Infrastructure Providers

Third-party AI and cloud services power certain features; data is subject to processing agreements for Service delivery only.

6.3 Business Transfers

Information may transfer during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with notification provided.

6.4 Legal Requirements

Information is retained while your account is active. After termination, data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted from active systems. Certain information may be retained longer for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate purposes like anonymized analytics.
