A purchase order tracker that fills itself from your inbox

Most purchase order trackers are only as current as the last time someone had time to update them. Ferra keeps yours current by reading the emails that already tell you what changed.

The tracker nobody keeps updated

The purchase order spreadsheet is supposed to be the one place everyone checks. In practice, the vendor confirms the PO by email, a ship date slips by email, a partial shipment shows up with no warning, and none of that reaches the spreadsheet until someone notices and retypes it. The tracker is accurate the day it's built and slightly wrong every day after.

Forward the email, get the row

Forward a purchase order confirmation to Ferra and it adds the row. PO number, vendor, order date, status. Forward the shipping update and Ferra updates the same row instead of creating a new one. Describe what changed in plain English and Ferra finds the right PO and edits it, the same way it would if you'd typed the change in yourself.
